Refund policy

30-day returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Opened products

Because our products are consumables, opened items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
